Impressive story. Unbelievable what these men had to withstand. Just walking down the easy stairs made me sweating to much because of temperature and humidity. Suggestion: come early in the morning.

A really good trail to see how hard the pow worked, too bad the museum was closed for renovation otherwise it would have been more enriching

เป็นพิพิธภัณฑ์ที่ทำดีมาก สะอาด เป็นระเบียบ ทางเดินในช่องเขาขาดเดินง่าย อากาศดี มีความคลาสสิคและขลัง มีเครื่องบรรยาย และป้ายบอก ระหว่างจะพบสิ่งของที่ญาติผู้เสียชีวิตนำมาฝากและแขวนไว้อย่างเป็นระเบียบ :)

ช่องเขาขาด เป็นส่วนหนึ่งของทางรถไฟสายมรณะ ขุดเป็นช่องให้รถไฟผ่าน เริ่มขุดเจาะเมษายน พ.ศ. 2486 แต่ละกะทำงาน 18 ชั่วโมง งานส่วนใหญ่ใช้แรงคน ทำงานกลางคืนด้วยการจุดคบเพลิง จึงเรียก ช่องไฟนรก Hellfire Pass
